What Are My Favourite Meals or Recipes for My Healthy Lifestyle?
One of the biggest changes that I have made since I quit drinking was to change my diet. I looked at my nutrition from the same point of view that I was looking at alcohol, minimising or eliminating all the crap, maximising all the good stuff.
For me, that involved going vegan, plant-based whole foods vegan.
As I say in the video, I’m not very adventurous. I think about nutrition first and entertainment second. I do like the taste of good food but I have the facility to eat the same meals quite regularly without getting bored.
In this video I look at keeping it simple, the types of food that I eat throughout the day, and eating out – where you don’t have so much control.
