      Thanks for your honesty and insight that change from old habits to new habits is a process of change, and sometimes takes a period of time to achieve for many people. From previously thinking along with old habits, to then have change and newness of mind and thinking to develop new habits. I thought it was a excellent video (though I only had the audio portion accessible online at this time). Thanks.
      When you first stopped drinking beer or using tobacco did you have relapses back to using such, especially during the first 30 days of quitting? Perhaps you could do a video on that. I have had many relapses while quitting such.
