Hi Kevin, thanks for all your videos, I like listening to them on the podcast too. They help me stay motivated not just in my freedom from alcohol but also with other habits I am changing. You are such an inspiration to me! I would love to sign up for the mastermind group but I can’t afford it at this time. Maybe when my kids have grown up and moved out! But anyway thank you for all the free info it’s fantastic. Please if you have time could you recommend any books on positivity you have read? I searched on my kindle the other day and there were so many I didn’t know where to begin. Any advice on this area would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks! Sam
I just joined. I’m probably one of the oldest in the group. I have been drinking for over 50 years. I’ve quit so many times but now I am in trouble I think. My stomach hurts, my liver hurts and I’m scared. Just as you predicted, I’m in the situation where I have to quit.
I have seen the YouTube posts that offer a type of hypnosis. I sort of like that; what do you think? Also I think meditation slows my brain down a little – it has a calming effect.
Should I be watching one video a day? Two? Three? Anyway, I glad to be part of your group.
Hi Louise…Did you get the welcome email? You can put these questions in the forum where you will get much more help. I love meditation, anything to calm the head. I’ve never tried hypnosis, so I’m not sure. I am posting one video a day within the group although there are quite a few to catch up on. Watch as many as you need 🙂
