    This video really hit home for me. I used to work out a lot and felt good about myself. All that changed with the drinking. I’m embarrassed at how much weight I put on. I really want to that feeling back.

    Today was a day off for me. I’m happy that I have been able to do it. Thank you for this program, Kevin.

    As you say, it all starts in the mind. This scientific experiment of drinking one unit per hour, paying attention to what it tastes like, how it makes me feel…has offered me a fresh perspective on my thinking.
    Last night when I didn’t want to space the unit out with an hour, I at least waited 30 minutes. But I was still in observation mode.
    I noticed my speech starting to slur. Normally when I notice slurred speech I think, “I’ve gotta stop talking now.”
    But last night I thought, “I’ve gotta stop drinking now.”
    Huge change in thinking for me.
    I really am digging your education. It’s extremely eye-opening. 🙏💜Big Thanks!💜🙏
