Juice Reboot Day 1: It’s all About the Mindset!
Today’s video is the first day of my juice reboot. In this video, I talk about going to the gym and the mindset of habit change. The habit change mindset also applies here. Even though I’m only doing this for 30 days, most habit change delivers the most discomfort in those first 30 days. The only differences that I know I’m going to be finishing this after 30 days, but you can use some of the same principles if you are trying to change any habit for good.
